Duties
Help
Interpret policy, code compliance, anti-terrorism/force protection compliance.
Provide guidance as a Project Manager and designer for construction, renovation, repair projects, and service contracts.
Provide technical, engineering and construction advisory services to tenant, Garrison and reimbursable customers.
Provide engineering services to pre-construction design and development phases.
Evaluate and consult during all phases of work for renovation, construction, and repair projects.
Provide multi-disciplined engineering, environmental and architectural services to support the assigned projects.
Conduct analysis of goods and services received.
Maintain records of the quality assurance actions and prepare memorandums for record, recommendations and reports.
Report all discrepancies and problems to the Contracting Officer.
Monitor and control project execution.
Conduct site visits to verify contractor performance in accordance with technical requirements.
Recommend release or withholding of funds based on quality of work completed.
