Guide your team through complex challeng es.Performs special projects/tasks as assig nded Preferred Education tionA bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experie Preferred Experience ienceA successful track record of leading and managing high‑performing engineering t eams.Proven ability to manage technical, cost, and schedule performance on complex development and sustaining prog rams.Technical knowledge in a relevant engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, systems, software or t est).The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environ Preferred Specialized Skills and Abilities litiesDemonstrated experience with industry standards (e.g., ARP‑4754A, DO‑178C, DO‑254) and export regulations (I TAR).
