You'll support 2-3 schools, with a central office as your home base, and join a district committed to a workload—not just caseload—model. This means your time and skills are respected as you provide services and, most likely, offer supervision to a motivated SLPA. Flexibility is built in, with at least one remote workday each week, and potential for more based on individual circumstances.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current SLP licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• School-based Speech-Language Pathology experience strongly preferred
• Comfort supervising an SLPA (experience a plus)
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to student-centered, evidence-based practice

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Supervise and mentor an SLPA, supporting their professional growth
• Maintain clear communication with teachers, administrators, and families
• Manage an organized workload across multiple school sites
