Strategic Business Manager

Position Overview We’re seeking a highly execution-focused Strategic Business Manager to partner with the Chief of Staff and senior leadership on the company’s highest-priority initiatives. In this role, you’ll help shape business strategy, lead cross-functional projects, improve operations, and support executive decision-making. What You’ll Do Partner with the Chief of Staff and senior leaders to execute high-impact strategic initiatives and operational priorities. Lead cross-functional projects from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment, accountability, and successful execution. Develop business cases, perform financial and operational analyses, and deliver data‑driven recommendations. Build and maintain project dashboards, trackers, and executive materials to monitor progress, risks, and key decisions. Identify opportunities to improve processes, leverage technology—including AI— and drive operational efficiencies. Prepare executive presentations, research, and briefing materials to support leadership decisions. Collaborate across Finance, Operations, Technology, and other business functions to deliver strategic outcomes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of strategic initiatives. Serve as a trusted resource for special projects and evolving business priorities. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 2–4 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, finance, business operations, project management, or a related field. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to senior leadership. Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Interest in AI, innovation, and continuous improvement. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
