About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Director and Associate Vice President for Paid Media to spearhead its paid search and social campaigns team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, responsible for driving the vision and execution of social and search marketing, and will be expected to stay ahead of industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive. This role demands a hands-on approach to problem-solving, the ability to mentor and motivate teams, and a commitment to delivering results that meet or exceed client objectives. The Senior Director and Associate Vice President will also be the key point of contact for campaign-related issues, working closely with internal and external teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' of marketing agency experience, with a focus on digital strategy, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Managerial experience with a proven track record of leading a team of 3-5 direct reports is essential. The role requires a candidate with strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a client-centric approach to project management. A deep understanding of full-funnel execution across major social and search platforms, proficiency in relevant advertising and analytics tools, and a background in social e-commerce media planning and buying within specific brand categories are also key qualifications. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, emotionally mature, and a cultural force for team development and growth.
