To ensure that we are best prepared to provide the highest quality of care to individuals and families in the Philadelphia area for decades to come, we have moved into a brand-new building.We are seeking to hire a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide quality ABA services to the patients on the Specialty Pediatric Unit, including the development and implementation of Behavior Plans, and assists staff in implementing and maintaining fidelity to plans.Daytime HoursSalary Range- $30-$40 per hour depending on experienceEssential Functions:Assist in the implementation of ABA programming on the Specialized Pediatric Unit with particular focus on children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).Provides supervision to the Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavioral Health AssociatesTrains new staff on ABA techniquesKeeps abreast of advances in treatment and sets appropriate goals for self-improvementFacilitates daily team meetingsAttends staff meetings as required and completes all yearly mandatory in-servicesProvides direct services to the patients on the Specialized Pediatric UnitConducts the appropriate assessments including ADOS and other specific assessments in a timely mannerParticipates in performance improvement activitiesFollows all hospital policies and proceduresMust maintain license or certification in good standingFlexible schedule.
