Inventory Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure purchase orders are properly received from Ace and non‑Ace vendors. Report inventory discrepancies such as over/short and damages from orders received. Work with the freight captain to ensure proper receiving and replenishment upon arrival at the store. Research and resolve outbound discrepancies by scanning locations with a mobile device and following all correct processes. Use Mango reports, programs, and daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Follow defective merchandise procedures to receive credits. Maintain on‑hand inventory integrity by reviewing discrepancies, determining root causes, and adjusting counts as needed. Oversee price change completion, location code integrity, inventory level management, and adjustments. Coordinate store preparation for periodic full‑store physical inventories. Participate in Inventory Coordinator training and share knowledge with other store associates. Collaborate with Store Support Center departments to implement proper inventory controls. Partner with management to report issues and find solutions for inventory concerns. Complete additional inventory functions assigned by management. Minimum Skills, Requirements and Qualifications Ability to work independently and on a team in a fast‑paced environment. Self‑starter with strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and attention‑to‑detail skills. Ability to research and determine root causes of inventory discrepancies. Retail store experience preferred. Compensation $18.00–$19.00 per hour.
