Senior CPU & SoC Software Architect for AI Compute (Redmond)

NVIDIA is seeking a CPU System Software Architect in Redmond, WA to join their innovative team focused on next-gen processors. This role involves collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to maximize the potential of NVIDIA's SoC products, incorporating cutting-edge technologies to push the boundaries of performance.

The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years of experience in software and architecture, with a strong foundation in OS software and software development in C. A PhD or MS in a related field is essential, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.
