Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens seeks a Housing Wellness Coordinator for our Supportive Housing Programs in Brooklyn. This full-time role provides on-site wellness services, counseling, and social supports to residents aging in place, with a mission to help maintain permanent affordable housing.
