They will participate in high-level technical work with little or no instruction.**WHAT YOU WILL DO:*** Utilize limited variety of microelectronic, electronic, optical, electro-optical, mechanical, or electromechanical equipment, including computers and lasers.* Follow written procedures and demonstrate proper use of hand tools and measuring devices.* Follow blueprints, guidelines, and/or diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met.* Troubleshooting and testing of repair units.* Use electronic test and troubleshooting equipment.* Utilizes SAP and other MRO computer programs.* Participate on project teams.* Apply technical expertise in the evaluation, development, maintenance and use of complex products, devices, tests, or procedures under constantly changing conditions where ingenuity and judgments are required.* Must be highly-motivated and dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.* Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.* Utilize analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.* Successfully work in a team to support work capacity in a fast-paced environment.* Conduct written and verbal communication with technicians, engineering, and leadership within the MRO.* Responsible for moderate level of planning.**QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:*** Typically requires a HS Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.* U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here:* Must have an electronics background with 2+ years complimentary work history in a manufacturing or service environment.**This position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with FAA guidelines. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
