Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and administering physical therapy treatments to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability in patients with physical impairments or injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on diagnosis and physician recommendations.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and functional training.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals, home exercise programs, and strategies for improving mobility and independence.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist License from the Maryland State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners or through the PT Compact Program
• Graduate of an accredited university with at least a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• CPR Certification preferred
• No additional certifications or experience required beyond listed qualifications
