Customer Experience & CRM Coordinator

What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customer calls and inquiries. Manage lead intake, routing, and follow-up within CRMs. Maintain accurate customer and lead data to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Help optimize CRM workflows, automations, and processes to improve efficiency and response times. Support sales and operations teams by coordinating communication and tracking customer activity. Generate reports and provide insights that help improve performance and customer experience. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the customer journey. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, operations, or CRM administration. Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and phone skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive problem solver who enjoys improving systems and processes. Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility. Preferred HubSpot or similar experience Reporting or dashboard experience Construction, roofing, or home services experience Why Apple Roofing?
