Job Description

Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate estimates.
Collaborate with project managers and architects to determine project requirements.
Identify and evaluate potential cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
Prepare and present detailed cost breakdowns for clients and stakeholders.
Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
Monitor project costs and provide updates to ensure alignment with budgets.
Maintain and update cost databases to reflect current market trends.
Support the team in bid preparation and submission processes.
