Job Description
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers and architects to determine project requirements.
- Identify and evaluate potential cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare and present detailed cost breakdowns for clients and stakeholders.
- Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
- Monitor project costs and provide updates to ensure alignment with budgets.
- Maintain and update cost databases to reflect current market trends.
- Support the team in bid preparation and submission processes.
