About the Role

Page Rehabilitation is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Fort Myers, Florida. As an Occupational Therapist at Page Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in helping our patients regain independence and achieve their full potential. Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center offers a variety of services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy, as well as skilled nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities

• Develop and implement occupational therapy programs to improve patients' daily living skills, mobility, and independence

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Provide patient education and support to promote smooth transitions to home or community settings

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist

• 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply)
