Restaurant Kitchen Manager

Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Kitchen Manager in the Morrison area. The ideal Restaurant Kitchen Manager should cultivate a vibrant atmosphere with excellent food, enforces quality and cleanliness standards, guides staff, represents the brand, and handles financial aspects for operational success.

Responsibilities

• Create a vibrant atmosphere through exceptional food offerings
• Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and processes for the kitchen staff
• Provide training, guidance, and act as a brand representative
• Optimize financial performance, manage food costs, and oversee inventory and reporting

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary : up to $85,000

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years current experience as a salaried Restaurant Kitchen Manager in a Full Service concept
• High volume background - must have Restaurant Manager experience in establishments doing over $3 million in sales per year
• Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
• Restaurant Kitchen Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
