Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Kitchen Manager in the Morrison area. The ideal Restaurant Kitchen Manager should cultivate a vibrant atmosphere with excellent food, enforces quality and cleanliness standards, guides staff, represents the brand, and handles financial aspects for operational success.

About The Company: Located in the heart of town, we've been a favorite among locals in the region for over 30 years. We offer friendly service along with outstanding quality (and delicious) food, along with an experience which the entire family can enjoy. We are the place for any occasion, whether it's a quick bite to eat while exploring town to watching the big game. Our restaurant also features a well-known happy hour featuring local Colorado draft beer.

Responsibilities

Create a vibrant atmosphere through exceptional food offerings
Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and processes for the kitchen staff
Provide training, guidance, and act as a brand representative
Optimize financial performance, manage food costs, and oversee inventory and reporting

Compensation and Benefits

Salary : up to $85,000
Bonus Potential

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years current experience as a salaried Restaurant Kitchen Manager in a Full Service concept
High volume background - must have Restaurant Manager experience in establishments doing over $3 million in sales per year
Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
Restaurant Kitchen Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
