HumanEdge is currently filling a Contract position available with our client in Jackson, MS for a Case Management, Social Worker Social Work.

Minimum Requirements:

Social Work License for MS or Compact as applicable
Applicable recent experience in this Social Work Case Management setting
Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
Certifications: BLS Certification
Equipment/Procedures: EPIC
Weekend/Call: Weekend = Required; Call = None stated
Experience: 2 years
Local Restrictions: Radius restriction: 50 miles
