HumanEdge is currently filling a Contract position available with our client in Jackson, MS for a Case Management, Social Worker Social Work.

Minimum Requirements:
- Social Work License for MS or Compact as applicable
- Applicable recent experience in this Social Work Case Management setting
- Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
- Certifications: BLS Certification
- Equipment/Procedures: EPIC
- Weekend/Call: Weekend = Required; Call = None stated
- Experience: 2 years
- Local Restrictions: Radius restriction: 50 miles
