Production Manager – Engineering Background Required (Degree or Engineering Experience Needed) We are seeking a Production Manager with strong people leadership skills and experience in lean manufacturing. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is preferred , but applicants without a degree must have a solid engineering background to be considered. About the Role As our Production Manager, you will oversee daily operations for a team of about 60 employees across preprocessing, welding, and assembly. You will lead 8 team leaders and ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
