Operations SupervisorWe are currently seeking a safety-minded Operations Supervisor to lead and support the efficient, day-to-day operations at our Fairfield, OH facility. This role is responsible for supervising employees and coordinating activities to ensure a productive, safe, and efficient work environment.Shift: M-F, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., may be more depending upon workload.Key ResponsibilitiesLead warehouse operations while working alongside the team to complete daily tasks.Unload, receive, label, stock, and organize inbound/outbound materials, warehouse transfers, and supplies.Load Superior box trucks and stage materials to ensure next-day deliveries and production are ready on time.Complete and oversee monthly cycle counts and inventory investigations to maintain accurate inventory.Monitor non-conforming and expiring materials ensuring they remain segregated from regular stock.Assign daily work, monitor progress, and provide hands-on support to keep the shift running efficiently.Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse, including equipment cleaning and proper space utilization.Perform and ensure completion of required safety and compliance tasks.Train, coach, and hold employees accountable for safe work practices, quality standards, productivity, and company procedures.Troubleshoot operational issues, resolve inventory concerns, and communicate priorities with other departments.Willingness to work overtime hours when necessary or needed.Other duties as assigned.Candidates Should PossessHigh School Diploma or equivalentAt least two (2) years of operations experiencePrevious supervisory experience preferredStrong safety mindsetForklift certificationMust have effective verbal and written skills, enabling clear and strong interactions with co-workers, chemists, administrative staff, delivery personnel, and management.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Physical RequirementsThe employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 55 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus and smell.This position frequently stands and walks for longer periods of time.What We OfferMedical Insurance – Choose between a 100% company-paid HDHP or a highly subsidized PPO with low premiumsEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) – Build long-term wealth as an employee-owner401(k) Retirement PlanFlexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA)Paid Time Off and Paid HolidaysDental, Vision, and Life InsuranceShort-Term and Long-Term Disability (STD & LTD)Paid training to support your growth from day oneJoin a company that invests in you—personally, professionally, and financially.EOE including disability/veteran.
