Human Resources Generalist

Our client, a prestigious luxury apparel brand, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their growing team. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day HR operations while making a meaningful impact across recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and more. This is a fully onsite role based in the Los Angeles area. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of HR programs across talent management, compensation, benefits, leaves, employee relations, and training Maintain and update employee records Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts: posting jobs, interviewing candidates, making offers, and onboarding new hires Participate in investigations and help resolve employee concerns Facilitate performance review processes Coordinate training programs including safety, anti-harassment, and regulatory compliance Qualifications Proven HR experience Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Experience using UKG or other HRIS systems Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully onsite environment We will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring.
