Collections Analyst

We are hiring for a Collections Analyst in Kenosha, WI. This role will focus on business to business relationships and communicate with internal and external contacts at a successful manufacturer. If you have at least two years experience, this could be a good fit for you. Collections Analyst Responsibilities: Actively reduce the existing aged receivables Phone correspondence to customers as necessary to collect outstanding balances and update accounts Monitor and manage assigned accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices Research and resolution on discrepancies and disputes in collaboration with internal departments Requirements: Two or more years of B2B Collections experience Higher education desired, but not required Detail oriented with professional communication skills Able to navigate and document in multiple softwares #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
