Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in project management utilizing Microsoft Project Server and Project Web App.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Visio, and the Microsoft Office 365 enterprise suite.
• Experience with Agile and Software Development Lifecycle planning and execution.
• Experience in schedule development, baseline management, and Work Breakdown Structure architecture.
• Experience with Earned Value Management, schedule variance analysis, and project metrics reporting.
• Experience in resource forecasting, risk mitigation, and project change control processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and technical maintenance of the Project Schedule using Microsoft Project Web App.
• Orchestrate the Work Breakdown Structure and ensure technical alignment with the overarching Project Schedule.
• Execute weekly schedule metrics analysis focusing on technical schedule variance and earned value.
• Direct the critical path analysis and management of technical tasks within the PMO framework.
• Oversee vendor technical project schedule activities to ensure adherence to approved SDLC processes.
• Manage technical project artifacts and documentation within Microsoft SharePoint and Project Server.
• Facilitate technical schedule meetings and produce accurate resource forecasting and status reports.
