Rock Solid Construction of the Carolinas is looking for a motivated, professional In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing team.

One of the biggest advantages of this position is simple: we provide the leads.

Through our relationship with Lowe’s , our sales representatives receive in-home sales opportunities from customers who are already interested in completing home improvement projects. You won’t be expected to spend your days cold calling, knocking doors, or searching for your own prospects.

Compensation & Benefits Package

Pay Structure: Base Salary + Uncapped commissions + performance bonuses

Average annual earnings up to $95,000–$100,000, top performers can make up to $150,000+ annually

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners using company-provided Lowe’s leads
• Conduct professional in-home sales consultations
• Evaluate the customer’s project needs
• Present products, solutions, and financing options
• Prepare accurate project proposals and CLOSE THE DEAL! We take payment onsite!

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable meeting customers in their homes
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
