Title Marketing & Social Media Internship Department City Beet Kitchens Schedule Varies Pay Rate $20.08/hour Position Overview We are seeking enthusiastic, creative, and motivated Marketing & Social Media Interns to support our outreach and brand awareness efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in marketing, communications, public relations, hospitality, nonprofit management, or digital media to gain real-world experience while contributing to an organization with a meaningful social mission. Responsibilities Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms. Assist with photography and videography of catered events, food, and behind-the-scenes operations. Develop social media calendars and schedule posts. Write captions, newsletters, blog posts, and email marketing campaigns. Research and identify potential corporate clients, venues, nonprofits, schools, and community partners. Assist with marketing outreach campaigns and lead generation. Help maintain and organize marketing materials and promotional assets. Track engagement metrics and recommend strategies to improve performance. Brainstorm creative campaigns, promotions, and seasonal marketing initiatives. Support special events, tastings, conferences, networking opportunities, and community outreach efforts as needed. Preferred Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Hospitality, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok. Basic photography, video editing, or graphic design experience is a plus. Organized, creative, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
