Responsibilities: Assess resident needs and provide necessary nursing care as per resident's care plan Manage CNAs and Resident Assistants by carrying out supervisory responsibilities, including training, planning, assigning, and directing work Ensure that resident rights are maintained and that medications and treatments are administered in accordance with approved nursing techniques and physician orders Document nursing history and physical assessments for assigned patients upon admission Respond to life-threatening situations based on nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol Participate in department and/or unit performance improvement activities Attend in-service training programs and stay up-to-date on safety, infection control, and other relevant policies and procedures Requirements: A minimum of three years of experience in a senior living community, with a minimum of one year of experience in a management/supervisory position Current and valid Nursing License First Aid and CPR certification Criminal record clearance or criminal record exemption, as required by law What We Offer: A dynamic and supportive work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Competitive salary (salary negotiable) Comprehensive benefits package (benefits negotiable) Free parking and convenient location #J-18808-Ljbffr
