This role focuses on securing high-quality labor resources at competitive rates, maintaining strong vendor relationships, supporting project delivery timelines, and ensuring accurate procurement and data management processes. The position collaborates cross-functionally to optimize labor partner performance, utilization, and profitability. Required / Mandatory Skills Labor partner procurement and negotiations Third-party labor vendor sourcing and management Workload planning and resource allocation for labor partners Strong negotiation skills Experience creating RFQs, SOWs, and bid packages Experience with purchase order creation and vendor management Data management in CRM and ERP systems #J-18808-Ljbffr The Judge Group
