Subcontract Administrator IIIKent, Washington Type: Contract Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: 40.0 Compensation: $60/hr - $80/hr Security Clearance: Must be a U.S. person as defined by applicable export control regulationsSystem One is seeking a Subcontract Administrator III to join our team for a contract opportunity located in Kent, WA.ResponsibilitiesManage cradle-to-grave procurement activities, including sourcing, quoting, negotiating, placing, and closing out purchase orders and subcontracts.Support New Product Integration (NPI) within SCM, ensuring new components and suppliers are successfully introduced into the supply base.Execute purchasing activities for hardware, components, materials, and services in support of program needs.Proactively follow up and track open orders, supplier commitments, and delivery schedules to mitigate risk and prevent shortages.Serve as an embedded member of cross-functional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), representing SCM and driving procurement strategy aligned to program objectives.Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, managing performance, escalations, and corrective actions as needed.Negotiate terms, conditions, pricing, and delivery to achieve best value while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting throughout the procurement lifecycle.Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities within the procurement process.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of progressive experience in subcontract administration, procurement, or purchasing.Aerospace industry experience is required.Demonstrated experience managing cradle-to-grave procurement.Proven ability to follow up, track, and drive supplier deliverables to closure.Experience working within cross-functional teams (IPT environment).Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work onsite in Kent, WA or Florida.Must be a U.S. person as defined by applicable export control regulations.System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
