About the Role As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will partner with the Software Engineering Leadership team to source, recruit and close talented engineering professionals to join our world-class organization. We are one of the fastest growing companies in Silicon Valley and you will be essential to the continuous growth! This position is on-site in San Mateo, CA; not remote. What You’ll Do Full cycle end-to-end recruiting (sourcing, screening, process driving, and closing) Develop relationships with the Software Engineering team to collaborate during the hiring process Make compelling presentations to all candidates about Verkada and the Software Engineering Organization Strategize and develop unique ways to engage top talent: Use strategic platforms and creative engagement strategies to source excellent talent and actively source passive candidates (IC, Manager+) Manage a full cycle recruiting process, keeping a strong pipeline and managing the interview schedule Track and document candidate communications in ATS (Greenhouse) Deliver a high touch, high-quality transparent, and honest candidate experience. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs) Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).

$135,000 - $185,000 USD
