Brand Ambassador-10/9-10/10 ONLY

Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking 3 top-tier, customer service focused Brand Ambassadors for our client's major event in Atlanta, GA (Airport area). Brand Ambassadors will oversee the retail booth operations during a two-day promotional event. Represent the brand to event attendees, ensured an engaging customer experience, managed merchandise sales, and maintained booth presentation and inventory throughout the event.

Event Dates & Hours:

• October 9, 2026 | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• October 10, 2026 | 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM

• Pay $21 per hour

• Fully onsite at the Airport in Atlanta, GA

• MUST be able to commit to both dates and hours

Key Responsibilities

• Managed daily operations of a high-traffic retail booth during a two-day event.

• Engaged with attendees, answered product questions, and promot brand awareness through positive customer interactions.

• Assisted customers with merchandise selection and completed retail transactions accurately.

• Maintain organized and visually appealing product displays to maximize customer engagement and sales.

• Monitor inventory levels, track merchandise sales, and replenish stock as needed.

• Coordinate booth setup before event opening and breakdown at event conclusion. Use of hand tools required

• Ensure compliance with event guidelines, company policies, and brand standards.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Collecte customer feedback and shared event insights with event management.

• Collaborate with event staff and vendors to ensure smooth booth operations throughout extended event hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous experience in promotions, customer service, retail, hospitality, or event staffing preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to confidently interact with diverse groups of people.

• Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds when needed.

• MUST be able to commit to BOTH days and ALL hours required for consideration.

• MUST be able to pass a pre-employment background check.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor event environments.

• Ability to lift and transport event materials when necessary.
