Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Montesano, WA. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily living skills following injury, illness, or disability. This role provides an opportunity to impact patient outcomes while working in a supportive clinical environment. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active Washington State Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. OTR required. COTA candidates may be considered where applicable; note COTA-specific requirements are preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience with geriatric populations and post-acute care interventions. Proficiency in documenting using electronic medical records. Prior travel or contract therapy experience preferred. Assignment Details Shift Hours: 0800-1630. Work pattern: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts.
