Operations Director – Chick-fil-A Boiling Springs & Spartanburg (Asheville Hwy)

Pay & Schedule:

• Starting Salary: $60,000 annually
• Full-time | 45-52 hours per week
• Monthly Bonus Opportunities
• Earn up to a 5% Raise each year
• Variable Schedule to include: Open (4:15 am - 4:45 am) and closing (10:45 pm -12:00 pm) availability, including Saturdays

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring excellence in service & food safety
• Train team members & cultivate a positive, growth-oriented culture
• Implement policies to improve efficiency & drive sales
• Manage scheduling, problem-solving, and leadership development

Qualifications:

• A love for the restaurant business
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Passion for serving people and creating a positive culture
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & adapt to change
