What You’ll Do Create and implement developmentally appropriate plans aligned to infant/toddler milestones Build a safe, nurturing, and responsive classroom environment for children and families Support social-emotional, cognitive, language, and motor development through meaningful routines and play Observe and document child progress; communicate clearly and warmly with families Maintain a clean, organized classroom that encourages exploration and discovery Collaborate with teaching teammates and leadership to ensure consistency and support Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations and school policies Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and coaching Compensation (Experience + Education Based) We offer a pay range of $19–$22/hour , and placement within that range is determined by relevant experience, credentials, and level of education (CDA, Associate’s, Bachelor’s, etc.). Candidates with strong lead experience and/or higher education in Early Childhood may qualify toward the top end of the range .
