Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)Las Cruces, NM • Full-Time | Immediate HireRole OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate, growth-minded Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. You will work closely with Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality, hands-on care, guiding patients through individualized treatment plans to restore mobility and reduce pain.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement personalized treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic patients (ages 12-99), averaging 12 patient visits per day.Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, ensuring proper technique and safety.Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress to adjust treatment plans as needed.Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and ongoing wellness.Maintain a clean, organized, and fully sanitized treatment area.Work Schedule40 hours per week (Monday - Friday).Flexible shift options (8, 9, or 10-hour shifts).No nights, weekends, or holidays required.QualificationsAssociate degree from an accredited PTA program.Active PTA license (or eligibility to obtain licensure); new graduates must have passed their board exams.Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply).Benefits:Student Loan Repayment401K BenefitsHealth InsuranceContinuing EducationMentorship programInterested or want more details?
