Oversees the day-to-day admnistration of 401(K), nonqualified plans, pension, and stock programs acriss tge region. Ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, timely filings and communications, effective vendor performance, and sound support for plan governance, budgeting, and investment monitoring.Key AccountabilitiesOversees administration of 401(k), nonqualified, pension, and stock purchase plans across the region to ensure accuracy, compliance, service quality, and cost effectiveness. Ensures required filings, disclosures, and participant communications are completed accurately and on time. Supports plan investment monitoring, forecasting, budgeting, and fiduciary governance activities, including oversight of foundation assets as applicableBuilds and maintains effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, consultants, and governance partners. Maximizes vendor capabilities, monitors service delivery, and holds providers accountable to contractual obligations and performance standardsPartners with stakeholders such as Total Rewards Strategy, plan committees, Finance, Legal, HR Technology, and external providers to evaluate plan operations and design, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop recommendations for changes to programs, processes, investments, and systemsLeads and develops team members by setting clear expectations, providing coaching and feedback, assigning work effectively, and maintaining accountability for performance, service, and compliance. Fosters an environment where team members can raise issues, share ideas, and contribute to continuous improvementMakes sound operational decisions with limited direction on plan administration, compliance, participant issues, and systems.
