Position Overview Conduct student and classroom observations to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized intervention strategies. Develop, implement, and monitor Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to promote positive student outcomes. Provide consultation, coaching, and training to teachers, support staff, and educational teams on evidence-based behavior management practices. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students' behavioral, social-emotional, and educational success. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification Experience conducting behavioral assessments, developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and collaborating with multidisciplinary educational teams School-based experience or experience supporting K–12 students preferred Why Join Cross Country Education?
