** Sales & Recruiter – Staffing Agency **

** Moon Township, PA ** Monday–Friday | 9 AM–5 PM Salary: Commensurate with Experience Full-Time | Growth Opportunity | Fast-Paced Environment

We’re looking for a motivated, people‐focused Sales & Recruiting Specialist to join our team. This is a dual sales + recruiting role where you’ll build client relationships, source top talent, and help local companies grow. If you enjoy a fast-paced day where no two days look the same, this is the perfect opportunity.

You’ll work “both sides of the desk” — developing new business while recruiting and placing qualified candidates. Success in this role comes from strong communication, organization, and a genuine desire to help people succeed.

** Sales Responsibilities **

• Develop new business within a designated territory through cold calling, outbound calls, networking, and relationship building
• Communicate daily with decision-makers, hiring managers, and prospects
• Present staffing solutions, explain service benefits, quote pricing, and negotiate terms
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales documentation
• Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
• Provide ongoing customer service and account support
• Use CRM/ATS tools, marketing data, and sales software to maximize productivity
• Engage in cold calling, pre‐visit planning, territory management, and new business development

** Recruiting Responsibilities **

• Source, screen, interview, and place qualified job candidates
• Conduct background checks, skills assessments, and reference verification
• Coordinate interviews, orientations, onboarding, and HR support for contingent staff
• Maintain daily follow‐up with clients and candidates to ensure quality placements
• Manage time collection, conflict resolution, and performance issues
• Build a strong referral network to support ongoing recruiting needs
• Maintain accurate documentation in ATS, recruiting reports, unemployment and workers’ comp forms, and other required records
• Utilize job boards, social media, community partners, and schools to attract talent

** What We’re Looking For **

• University degree or equivalent experience
• Strong social media skills (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, SnapChat)
• Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, professional communicator with strong customer service instincts
• Self-reliant, team-oriented, and able to maintain a polished, professional image
• Strong critical thinking, verbal, written, and listening skills
• High energy, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
• Comfortable with basic math and calculations
