Responsibilities for this position include:

• Interacting with staff, customers, vendors, commercial and builder accounts, installers, and other stakeholders to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including management, inventory, ordering, and receiving processes.
• Managing inventory levels, processing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Working collaboratively with our showroom and construction site colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Providing personalized attention to customers, meeting their needs, and exceeding their expectations.
• Utilizing effective time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
• Coordinating the delivery and pickup of materials, ensuring timely and efficient service.

Essential qualifications include:

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to take direction and learn our computer system quickly.
• Able to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes of tile, wood, and cut carpet.
• Good people skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Independent and proactive, with a strong work ethic.
• Flexible and open to working a variety of schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be physically able to lift 60 to 80 pounds.
