Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health

Registered Nurse (RN), Behavioral Health Full‑time – Days, 7a–7p (every 4th weekend). Sign‑on bonus of $20,000 eligible with a 2‑year commitment. Responsibilities Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs. Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions. Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient. Performs timely and appropriate documentation related to medical necessity in the medical record. Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient. Performs timely and accurate QI assessments. Qualifications Applicants must hold a current state RN license. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required within six months of hire. One (1) year of experience preferred but not required. American Society for Laparoscopic Surgeons (ASLS) certification preferred.
