About the job As an Engagement Manager, you will be key to creating an excellent end-to-end experience for Google’s top Ads clients, by being accountable for gTech service delivery, product aligned growth plans, and enabling Sales objectives. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Advise Google's top Ads clients on technical and product solutions to resolve business challenges. Develop product-anchored client growth plans that drive adoption within an AI-led advertising ecosystem. Design and finalize Platinum Services Plans (PSPs) and curated account plans to align resources with client focus areas. Orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of services plans in collaboration with cross-functional execution and media teams. Manage planning, prioritization, and execution for the pod to prioritize growth opportunities and regular progress debriefs.
