Your Role

• Identify and source prospective candidates using our bespoke platform and your personal network
• Engage with potential candidates to introduce MLR job opportunities and assess their interest levels
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruitment team for more in-depth screenings
• Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and assist them along their hiring journeys
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records within our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires from your leads
