Description Adams County EMS is looking for a full‑time Paramedic. The shift is a 24/72 hour rotation: on shift for 24 straight hours, then off for 72 straight hours. We are an ALS transport provider that responds to 911 calls within Adams County and provides interfacility transportation from Adams Memorial Hospital. We are a hospital‑based service. All members are employed through Adams Memorial Hospital. We work closely with other emergency agencies including local fire and police departments and the Adams County dispatch center. To be effective in the job, the ideal Paramedic must be very competent and knowledgeable as well as self‑motivated, self‑aware, and compassionate. Benefits Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment; all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date. Requirements 7:00 am to 7:00 am — 24/72 Hour Shift Rotation Rotating Weekend Schedule High School Diploma or GED Valid Indiana Paramedic License Required Valid Driver's License Required BLS/CPR, ACLS and PALS Certification Required #J-18808-Ljbffr
