Customer Service Retention & Sales Representative
The Customer Service Retention & Sales Representative provides exceptional customer service, helps retain customers, and identifies opportunities to promote products and services. This role combines customer support, problem-solving, and sales skills to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly customer support by phone.
- Resolve customer concerns and present retention solutions, products, and services.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through consultative selling.
- Process account updates, service requests, and transactions accurately.
- Explain products, pricing, promotions, and services clearly.
- Handle objections with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with company policies.
- Meet customer satisfaction, retention, and sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Basic computer, data entry, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of call center or customer service experience.
- Experience in retention, customer support, or sales environments.
- Previous sales, upselling, or cross-selling experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $17.00 per hour
- Bonus: Performance-based bonus opportunities
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST
- Overtime: 10-hour Monday shift provides 2 hours of overtime
