# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Postpartum – Texas

Start Date: July 28, 2026

Location: Arlington, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM; Patient ratio 1:3 couplets (varies based on unit mix); No on-call requirement

• EMR system includes Meditech and CPN
• Floating limited to antepartum overflow and labor & delivery recoveries

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Texas (or ability to obtain)
• Couplet care competencies required
• Breastfeeding support skills required
• Mother-baby charge experience preferred
• Late-preterm or transitional newborn experience preferred
• Experience with newborn screenings, blood glucose monitoring, jaundice monitoring, perineal and incision care, and feeding support
