Schedule: 5x8 Days, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting. The primary responsibility will be in the outpatient clinic, with occasional duties in a critical access hospital and long-term care facility as necessary. The therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients to improve their mobility and quality of life. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions to manage pain and restore function. Educate patients and families about the recovery process and home exercise programs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Kansas State license required. Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred. Experience in acute care, outpatient clinic, rehabilitation hospital, and skilled nursing facilities (SNF) is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
