The  VA Caribbean Healthcare System (San Juan VA Medical Center)is seeking  Board-Certified Hospitalists (Internal Medicine)to join our team in  San Juan, Puerto Rico . • 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week (24-hour practice coverage).

Who We’re Looking For:

• Board-Certified in Internal Medicine or Hospital Medicine (required).
\n
• Experience in inpatient/acute care settings (preferred).
\n
• Fluent in Spanish (essential for patient care).
\n
• Strong teamwork & leadership skills —must thrive in a  teaching hospital environment.
\n
