What You'll Be Doing

• Perform routine manufacturing and production activities within filling and packaging operations
• Operate production equipment including fillers, cappers, labelers, automated packaging systems, and checkweighers
• Follow established work instructions and manufacturing procedures
• Assist with production line setup and breakdown activities
• Support continuous improvement and workplace safety initiatives
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure production goals are met
• Maintain quality standards within a regulated manufacturing environment

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

* High School Diploma or GED required
* Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or machine operation experience preferred
* Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
* Ability to safely operate powered equipment, including power jacks
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
