Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments of clients' mental health and substance use issues to create individualized treatment plans. \n
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to engage clients effectively in their recovery journey. \n
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that complies with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality while also facilitating continuity of care. \n
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and rehabilitation specialists, to provide holistic care for patients. \n
- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and the recovery process, empowering them with the knowledge and skills to navigate challenges. \n
- Stay informed of advancements in the field by engaging in ongoing training and professional development, incorporating the latest research into practice. \n
Your primary focus will be individuals in recovery from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health diagnoses. Clients will range from young adults to older adults, each presenting unique challenges influenced by their life experiences, backgrounds, and specific treatment needs. You will play a crucial role in their journey towards improvement, building rapport and trust to foster an environment conducive to healing.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program. \n
- Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation with active state licensure, free of disciplinary actions. \n

- Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on building therapeutic relationships with diverse client populations. \n
