Key Requirements for This Role: * Overnight Focus: Dedicated availability for night shifts (typically 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM). * Nighttime Dependability: Ability to stay awake, alert, and responsive throughout 8- to 12-hour night shifts to support client safety, mobility, and morning prep. * Reliable Transportation: Dependable personal vehicle to reach night shifts on time in any weather across Hendersonville & Gallatin. * Standard Qualifications: Must be 21+ years old, hold a valid Driver's License, pass background/drug screenings, and have 1 year of caregiving experience (family care counts!).
