Senior Data Engineer

Summary We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise data platforms. This role will play a critical part in transforming complex data from multiple systems into scalable, high-performing solutions that support analytics and strategic initiatives. You will drive end-to-end data engineering efforts, from acquisition and integration to transformation and delivery, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position also provides leadership through mentoring junior engineers and establishing best practices across data engineering initiatives. Needs 7 plus years of experience in data engineering, database development, or ETL roles 4 plus years of hands on experience with Azure Data Factory 3 plus years of experience working with healthcare, financial, or regulated data environments 2 plus years of experience using Python for data engineering solutions Advanced proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL development Strong expertise with Azure ecosystem tools and services Deep understanding of data modeling, schema design, and performance optimization Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions from concept to production Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business stakeholders Duties Lead integration efforts across healthcare, clinical, EMR, HR, finance, and CRM systems Architect and develop scalable data platforms and enterprise data warehouse solutions Design and optimize ETL and ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Python Build and orchestrate pipelines leveraging AI and LLM technologies for data extraction Implement data profiling, cleansing, and transformation processes to support analytics Establish and manage master data management strategies to ensure data integrity Develop and maintain data lineage, monitoring, and operational tracking frameworks Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in coding, testing, and documentation Call to Action If you are ready to lead impactful data engineering initiatives and build scalable solutions in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply today.
