Who we are looking for: Cornerstone Insurance Agency is currently seeking an experienced, self‑motivated, and driven Bilingual Enterprise Sales Agent to join our team. The focus of the Enterprise Sales Agent is to provide quotes, close leads, and retain relationships! They will also advise clients on the benefits of various policies as well as tailoring insurance packages to meet their specific needs. A successful candidate will have experience in inside sales or the insurance industry, with expertise in the sales process and client management. Compensation: For licensed individuals: $50k + Commission For unlicensed individuals: $20/hr until Colorado P&C license is obtained (we pay for your licensing!) Key Responsibilities: Contact potential clients to expand their own customer base Interview prospective clients to get information about their financial situation and discuss existing coverage Explain various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients; guide clients in selecting coverage to best meet their needs. Suggest modifications and updates to clients' existing insurance policies. Build customized insurance policies and packages to meet clients needs.
