Personal Injury Case Manager (Pre-Litigation) The Case Manager is responsible for overseeing pre-litigation personal injury files from assignment through resolution or transition to litigation. This role plays a key part in ensuring a positive client experience by managing cases efficiently, communicating clearly, and following established processes and attorney guidance. Key Responsibilities Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor when interacting with clients and internal team members Manage a high-volume caseload while prioritizing tasks effectively Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and next steps Coordinate medical treatment and diagnostic services as directedProvide consistent updates to client-facing systems and case files Review and verify insurance coverage and policy details Accurately document case activity within the firm’s case management system Request and track medical records and billing documentation Perform additional duties as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years of personal injury case management experience Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of attention to detail Ability to work both independently and collaboratively #J-18808-Ljbffr deBrun Recruiting
